RETURNS

  • Unfortuantely at this time Little Wildflowers does not offer returns.

  • Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES:

  • We offer exchanged for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size please send us an email at littlewildflowerstx@gmail.com. We will give next steps from there.

    • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange. Please email us at littlewildflowerstx@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective area of the item. 

    • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange in the event that we no longer have your size.

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days from arrival to Little Wildflowers.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns, as well as taxes or duties that may apply.

  • Any undeliverable packages will incur an additional shipping charge from the original purchase total to have the order re-sent. We offer exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

  • We are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed.
